Where Strategy Meets People

Northern Influence is built on real-world experience, deep listening, and a belief that how we communicate shapes what we achieve.

I’m Jessica Apolloni, a public relations strategist who helps organizations shape their narrative and lead with intention.

With over 15 years of experience in public sector, healthcare, and nonprofit communications. I’ve led teams through high-stakes crises, built internal communications functions from the ground up, and helped executives find the right words when it mattered most. I know what it means to work within complex systems, under pressure, and with real-world constraints.

Northern Influence is new, but the work behind it isn’t. I’ve spent years helping organizations navigate change, communicate policy, build trust, and engage staff — always with clarity, compassion, and strategy at the core.

I believe in communications that don’t just inform, but include. That don’t just explain, but build trust. That don’t just speak, but listen.

Let’s build something meaningful together.
